Submitting the contact form, calling, or messaging us on WhatsApp starts a conversation — it does not create a binding contract for design or construction services. Project scope, pricing, timelines, and terms for any actual engagement are agreed separately in writing once we've discussed your requirements.
4. Pricing Shown on the Site
Any indicative pricing shown on this site (for example, starting prices for residential, commercial, modular, or turnkey work) is approximate and meant to give a general sense of scale. Actual pricing depends on project size, materials, site conditions, and scope, and will be confirmed during consultation.
5. Intellectual Property
All project photography, 3D renders, written content, and design elements on this site belong to Illume Interiors unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused commercially without our written permission. Client project images are shared with the respective client's consent.
6. Third-Party Links
This site links to third-party platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms once you leave our site.
7. No Warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is". While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, we don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all content (including pricing and project details) is always current.

11. Design Project & Engagement Terms
Once you engage Illume Interiors for a design project, the following terms apply in addition to the site usage terms above:
- The scope of work includes only the design services mentioned in the agreed proposal.
- Any additional design changes or revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
- Structural, MEP, fabrication, and execution drawings are not included unless specifically mentioned in the proposal.
- Final drawings and renders will be shared upon completion of the agreed payment schedule.
- The design timeline may vary depending on client approvals and revision requirements.
- Site measurements and information provided by the client or site team will be considered accurate for the design process.
- Any additional work outside the finalized scope will be discussed and billed separately.
- If site visits are required during the execution stage, additional charges of ₹2,000 per visit will be applicable.
- All designs, drawings, and visualisations remain the intellectual property of Illume Interiors until full payment clearance.
